▪️Smokehead Rum Rebel Whisky – 50ml
▪️Fresh Lime Juice – 25ml
▪️Kiwifruit – Half
▪️Fresh Mint – 4 Leaves
▪️Simple Syrup – 15ml
▪️Egg White
▪️Kiwifruit & Mint Garnish
The Garnish was Inspired by @robin.navarro.bartender

Cut up half a kiwi (lose the skin), add to a cocktail shaker & muddle. Add the Smokehead, lime juice, syrup, mint and egg white. Add one ice cube & shake to whip the egg and combine the ingredients. Then fill the shaker with ice and shake to chill. Double strain into a cocktail glass & garnish with kiwi & mint. Enjoy
