▪️Smokehead Rum Rebel Whisky – 50ml
▪️Fresh Lime Juice – 25ml
▪️Kiwifruit – Half
▪️Fresh Mint – 4 Leaves
▪️Simple Syrup – 15ml
▪️Egg White
▪️Kiwifruit & Mint Garnish

Cut up half a kiwi (lose the skin), and add to a cocktail shaker. Add the Smokehead, lime juice, syrup, mint and egg white. Add one ice cube and shake to whip the egg and combine the ingredients. Then fill the shaker with ice and shake to chill. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with kiwi and mint. Enjoy
