▪️Eccentric Madam Geneva London Dry Gin – 50ml
▪️Triple Sec – 20ml
▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 25ml
▪️Homemade Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup – 20ml
▪️Egg White
▪️Heather Flower Garnish

Add all the ingredients to a shaker, add one ice cube and shake to combine the ingredients and whip the egg. Then fill the shaker with ice and shake to chill. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with heather. Enjoy
