Today we are in Pembrokeshire with the @pembsginco and their incredible Tenby Dry Gin
Born in 2018 the Pembrokeshire Gin Compnay has two speciality gins under their belt, and immense pride in their small batch gin selection. They ensure that the origin of all of their gins have their roots firmly planted in Wales, using locally sourced botanicals wherever possible, ensuring a true taste of not only Wales, but the jewel in Wales’ crown – Tenby
Their first release was the incredible rosemary & citrus gin, which continues to pick up many prestigious accolades, including ‘Best in Wales 2020’. After the huge success of the first gin, and after a sell out private launch party, they decided to work with their distiller Alex Jungmayr to create the flavorful Welshcake gin, a unique gin using orange, cinnamon, nutmeg & currants
