▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 25ml
▪️Simple Syrup – 15ml
▪️Bob’s Orange & Mandarin Bitters – 2 Dashes
▪️Sea Beet – 2 Leaves Chopped
▪️Soda Water
▪️Fresh Thyme & Orange Peel Garnish

Add the Tappers gin, lemon juice, syrup, bitters & sea beet to a cocktail shaker filled with ice & shake. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with fresh thyme & orange peel (Slap the thyme against your hand to release the bouquet & squeeze the orange peel, releasing the oils over the drink) Enjoy
