▪️45 Scottish Spiced Rum – 60ml
▪️Fresh Raspberries – 5
▪️Fresh Lime – Whole
▪️Mint – 6 Leaves
▪️Simple Syrup – 15ml
▪️Mint Sprig Garnish

Role your lime, cut off edges and cut into 8. Add to your glass with the raspberries and Muddle together. Add the mint leaves and fill with crushed ice. Pour in the rum and syrup and pull the cocktail through with the flat end of a barspoon. Top with more Ice and garnish with mint. Enjoy
