▪️Smokehead Rum Rebel Whisky- 50ml
▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 20ml
▪️Fresh Plum – Half
▪️Port – 15ml
▪️Ginger Syrup – 15ml
▪️Fee Brothers Plum Bitters – 2 Dashes
▪️Crytallised Ginger & Plum Garnish

Cut half a plum into 1cm pieces & add to a shaker with the whisky, lemon juice, port, syrup & bitters. Fill the shaker with ice & shake to chill. Fill your glass with crushed ice & pour in the cocktail. Garnish with fresh plum and crystallised ginger. Enjoy
