▪️Hayman’s London Dry Gin – 50ml
▪️Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice – 75ml
▪️Angostura Bitters – 1 Dash
▪️Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters – 2 Dashes
▪️Salt Rim & Slice of Grapefruit Garnish

Add the gin, grapefruit juice & bitters to shaker and shake with ice. Wipe grapefruit wedge around rim of glass & then salt. Add Ice and grapefruit wedge to the glass & pour in the cocktail
