▪️One Gin Sage & Apple – 50ml
▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 25ml
▪️Honey Syrup – 15ml
▪️Sage – 2 Leaves
▪️Bob’s Grapefruit Bitters – 2 Dashes
▪️Egg White
▪️Sage Leaf Garnish

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker & add one ice cube. Shake to whip the egg and combine the ingredients. Then fill the shaker with ice & shake to chill. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice & garnish with a sage leaf (clap the sage leaf between your hands to release the amazing bouquet). Enjoy
