▪️One Gin Sage & Apple – 50ml
▪️Welsh Farmhouse Organic Apple Juice – 25ml
▪️Homemade Sage Simple Syrup – 15ml
▪️Whole Lime
▪️Mint – 6 Leaves
▪️Royal Gala & Sage Garnish

Roll your lime, cut into 8 pieces, add to your glass & muddle. Clap the mint leaves between your hands to release the bouquet & add to your glass. Pour in the gin, apple juice & syrup then top with crushed ice. Pull the cocktail through with a barspoon & garnish with a sage leaf & apple fan. Enjoy
