Rosemary Greyhound
Today’s serve for #WelshGinMonth is a spin on a ‘Greyhound’ using the epic Tenby Gin from @pembsginco
I was inspired by @petite.street and their ‘Rosemary Greyhound’ I’d previously featured. It felt like the perfect serve to complement the botanicals used to make the Pembrokeshire based gin. I used fresh pink grapefruit juice & bitters to enhance the grapefruit & bitter orange peel flavour. I also made a rosemary syrup which marries well with the foraged Welsh rosemary used to make the gin

▪️Tenby Dry Gin – 50ml
▪️Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice – 60ml
▪️Bob’s Grapefruit Bitters – 2 Dashes
▪️Rosemary Syrup – 10ml
▪️Charred Pink Grapefruit & Rosemary Garnish

Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice and stir using a barspoon to mix. Garnish with a charred pink grapefruit & rosemary sprig. Joiwch
