Today we’re off to the Dyfi Valley for #WelshGinMonth, with the amazing @dyfidistillery
It was established by 2 brothers, one a forager and beekeeper (Pete), and the other a wine & spirits professional (Danny), judged at IWSC, DWWA, International Beer Challenge. Their passion is to produce an exceptional gin of world-class quality, which could come from nowhere else. Dyfi is recognised by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve and provides them a meticulous selection of the finest classic gin botanicals

Their Pollination Gin won the Best British Gin trophy 2017, with 20 of the 29 botanicals foraged from native species found in Dyfi.
These including chamomile, lemon balm, rowan berry and bramble. Others are obtained from the foothills of Snowdonia and around the Welsh county of Gwynedd giving you a truly unique and delicious gin
