▪️Pinkster Royale Liqueur – 12.5ml
▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 12.5ml
▪️Fresh Raspberries – 2
▪️Egg White
▪️Fresh Raspberries Garnish

Add the gin, liqueur, lemon juice, egg white & the 2 raspberries to your shaker. Add one ice cube and shake to whip the egg, then fill with more ice and shake to chill. Double strain into your glass and garnish with raspberries. Enjoy
