Today’s serve for #WelshGinMonth is a play on a ‘Breakfast Martini’ using the amazing @aberdistillery Orange Marmalade Gin
Because of the incredible bitter sweet orange flavour coming from the gin, I mixed it up with Welsh marmalade, cointreau, orange bitters, fresh orange & lemon juices to create the perfect serve for breakfast/brunch. A marmalade sandwich as garnish felt like the perfect compliment, and I’m sure the legend Paddington Bear would agree

▪️Aber Falls Orange Marmalade Gin – 50ml
▪️Cointreau Orange Liqueur – 15ml
▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 15ml
▪️Fresh Orange Juice – 15ml
▪️Welsh Marmalade 1 Barspoon
▪️Bob’s Orange & Mandarin Bitters – Dashes
▪️Marmalade Sandwich Garnish

Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice & shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, add a straw & garnish with a marmalade sandwich. Joiwch
