Shwmai. Our next serve for #WelshGinMonth is this Jungle Cat, inspired by @barrelageddad and his gin interpretation of the classic Jungle Bird. I used the incredible St Clements Gin by @cardiffdistillery which really works well with this recipe due to its incredible flavours of orange and lemon citrus. I have also changed the maple syrup to Welsh honey and added some Orange & Mandarin bitters which is a great marriage with the gin

▪️St Clements Gin @cardiffdistillery – 40ml
▪️Campari – 40ml
▪️Fresh Pineapple Juice – 40ml
▪️Fresh Lime Juice – 12.5ml
▪️Welsh Honey Syrup – 7.5ml
▪️Bob’s Orange & Mandarin Bitters – 2 Dashes
▪️Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino Cherry & Pineapple Fronds

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice & shake. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice & garnish with the maraschino cherry & pineapple fronds. Joiwch
