▪️Kilchoman Machir Bay Whisky – 50ml
▪️Cherry Heering Liqueur – 20ml
▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 25ml
▪️Cherry Syrup – 10ml
▪️Egg White
▪️Cherries in Syrup Garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker & add one cube of ice. Shake to whip the egg & combine the ingredients. Then fill the shaker with ice & shake again to chill. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice & garnish with the cherries. Enjoy
