Today we are in Tan-Y-Groes in Cardigan Bay with @inthewelshwind and their epic Signature Style Gin
It all began when Alex and Ellen walked the 870 miles of beautiful Welsh coastal path that runs from Chepstow to Chester to alleviate the stresses of life. It took 3 months, where they found time to dream and believe again. The idea for In The Welsh Wind was born
Today they are maverick distillers, specialising in creating bespoke spirits for brands and for their customers in their copper pot stills Meredith and Afanc. Their truly small batch approach means that every gin is unique
