▪️Highland Park Cask Strength Whisky – 50ml
▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 25ml
▪️Honey Syrup – 15ml
▪️Bob’s Abbotts Bitters – 2 Dashes
▪️Whole Fig Muddled
▪️Egg White
▪️Fresh Fig Garnish

Cut the fig into 8 pieces, add to a cocktail shaker & muddle well. Pour in the whisky, lemon juice, syrup, bitters & egg white. Add one ice cube to your shaker & shake to combine the cocktail & whip the egg. Then fill your shaker with ice & shake again to chill. Double strain into a cocktail glass & garnish with half a fresh fig. Enjoy
