A twist on one of my favourites, the New York Sour. I’ve replaced the bourbon with my #spiritoftheweek, the epic @highlandparkofficial
It’s smokey & bold flavour comes through beautifully and I’ve matched it with a red wine from Bordeaux which brings blackberries & slight spice/smoke from the oak.
Love this combination

▪️Highland Park Spirit of the Bear – 50ml
▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 25ml
▪️Simple Syrup – 15ml
▪️Bordeaux Red Wine – 12.5ml
▪️Blackberries Garnish

Add the whisky, lemon juice & syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass with filled with Ice. Use a barspoon to float the red wine and garnish with blackberries. Enjoy
