▪️Highland Park Cask Strength – 50ml
▪️Grand Marnier – 25ml
▪️Demerara Sugar – 1bsp
▪️Bob’s Orange & Mandarin Bitters – 2 Dashes
▪️Orange Oils
▪️Dark Chocolate Orange Garnish

In a Brandy glass add a barspoon of demerara sugar, then pour in the whisky, grand marnier & bitters. Place the brandy glass on top of another and light the liquid. Use a barspoon to to stir the liquid until the demerara sugar has melted. Squeeze an orange peel to release the oils into the cocktail. Place the top glass on a flat surface and cover with the bottom glass to extinguish. Garnish with dark chocolate orange. Enjoy
