▪️Crabbie’s Yardhead Whisky – 50ml
▪️Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice – 15ml
▪️Fresh Lemon Juice – 15ml
▪️Simple Syrup – 15ml
▪️Bob’s Grapefruit Bitters – 3 Dashes
▪️Bordeaux Red Wine Float
▪️Maraschino Cherries Garnish

Add the whisky, grapefruit & lemon juices, syrup & bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice & shake. Double strain into a whisky glass filled with ice. Slowly pour the red wine onto the back of a barspoon so it floats on top of the drink. Garnish with maraschino cherries & enjoy
